Publication policy: Chapel Library only distributes literature whose theology agrees substantially with the Second London Baptist Confession of 1689 or the Westminster Confession of Faith, the two great historic English language confessions of faith. Both living and deceased human authors, even though redeemed, will imperfectly understand Biblical truth, due to their fallen condition and remaining sin. However, the materials Chapel Library publishes contain substantially sound truth that is essential for God's people and sometimes not available elsewhere. We remind our readers that God gives final responsibility for avoiding wrong doctrine to the individual believer: "Prove all things; hold fast that which is good" (1Th 5:21).

Chapel Library copyrights its publications so that we retain the right to reprint as needed in order to maintain stock. However, when the source material is in the public domain, only the compilation, abridgment, annotations, and  or additions are protected. All public domain materials remain in the public domain from their original sources. Most CL material may be freely reproduced with written permission.
